Preface
That which has been is what will be, That which is done is what will be done, And there is nothing new under the sun. — Ecclesiastes 1:9

After the Great War, America found itself holding most of the world’s gold and boasted of having the world’s largest navy. With the Bretton Woods Agreement, the US Dollar became the world’s currency. Holding three aces in their hand, it was not long before this privilege was abused.
